- Clients: when you work with us, we keep the contact, billing, and project details we need to deliver the work and get paid.

- Technical data: our website host records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, so the site works securely and reliably.

Who we share it with
We only share your data with trusted providers who help us run the business, and only as much as they need:
- Wix.com, which hosts this website and runs our contact form, booking system, and customer records.
- Vimeo, which plays the videos on our site. Our videos are embedded with Vimeo's "do not track" setting, so Vimeo doesn't track your activity for advertising.
- Our email and accounting providers, so we can correspond with you and invoice our work.
- Professional advisers and authorities, such as our accountant, or where the law requires us to.
International transfers
Wix.com Ltd is based in Israel, which the UK recognises as providing an adequate level of protection for personal data. Where any of our providers process data outside the UK, they do so under approved safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and booking requests that don't go ahead: up to 2 years after our last contact with you.
